How to Submit a Repair Request for Your Gremsy Product?

If your Gremsy product requires inspection or repair, please follow the steps below to help us process your request as quickly as possible.


Step 1: Contact Gremsy Support


Send an email to support@gremsy.com or submit ticket via this portal with the subject line:

"Repair Request – [Product Model] – [Serial Number]"


Step 2: Provide Product Information

Please include the following information in your email:

- Product Model

- Product Serial Number (S/N)

- Seller or Distributor Information (if applicable)

- Purchase date (if available)

Step 3: Describe the Issue

Please provide a detailed description of the problem, including:

- When the issue first occurred

- The operating conditions when the issue happened

- Any troubleshooting steps already performed

- Any error messages or abnormal behavior observed


The more details you provide, the faster our technical team can diagnose the issue.


Step 4: Attach Photos and Videos

Please attach clear photos and, if possible, videos showing:

- The overall condition of the product

- Any visible damage

- The affected components

- The issue occurring during operation


These materials help our QC team perform an initial assessment before the product is returned.


What Happens Next?

After receiving your request, the Gremsy Support Team will:

- Review the information provided.

- Verify the product warranty status using the Serial Number.

- Perform an initial technical assessment.

- Provide Return Material Authorization (RMA) instructions and shipping guidance if the product needs to be returned for inspection or repair.


If additional information is required, our support team will contact you before issuing the RMA instructions.
